How will my garden building be delivered?
We offer free delivery to most UK mainland postcodes. Our specialist delivery team will contact you to schedule a date, and your building will arrive as a flat-packed kit ready for assembly.
Do I need to prepare a base before delivery?
Yes, all garden buildings must be built on a firm, level base made of concrete, paving slabs, or a timber pressure-treated frame to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
Are Mercia garden buildings weather-treated?
Most of our products come with a base coat of timber treatment for protection during transit. However, we recommend applying a high-quality wood preservative and waterproof topcoat immediately after installation.
Can I book a professional installation service?
We offer an optional installation service on many of our products. If selected, our professional team will assemble your building on your pre-prepared base shortly after delivery.
What is the warranty period for your products?
We provide a 10-year anti-rot guarantee on all our pressure-treated and dip-treated timber products, provided they are maintained according to our care instructions.
What should I do if my order arrives with missing or damaged parts?
Please inspect your delivery thoroughly. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact our customer service team within 14 days with your order number and photos so we can dispatch replacements.
