At Mercia Garden Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden building. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it remains in its original, unassembled condition.
Notification of Intent
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Collection
Ensure the product is disassembled, placed back in its original packaging, and secured on the pallet as it was delivered to ensure safe transit.
Scheduled Pickup
Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient date to collect the item from your property; please ensure clear access for our delivery vehicles.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item is received at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable collection fees.
